This selection of meat is aimed at those customers with either slightly smaller appetites or family that are catering for different dietary requirements at each mealtime. Portions sizes are smaller.
● 250g Mince
● 4 Sausages
● 200g Liver
● 3x sliced Ham (not pictured)
● 300g Diced Chicken
● 6 eggs
● 4 rashers Bacon
● 2 random pies (All pies are frozen and contain Wheat/Gluten)
Cooking instructions for pies:
- Apply egg wash
- Cook for 20 minutes at 180 C / 350 F / Gas 4
- Apply second egg wash
- Cook for 15-20 minutes
- When pastry is golden brown all over, the inside will be cooked
