Chorizo Beef Truffles

These Beef Truffles are packed full of flavour!

We start by supersizing our beef burger to 150g and pressing into a cup shape. From there we fill it with a tomato and herb sauce, sprinkle chopped sweet peppers and cover with cheddar cheese. It is finished off with slices of chorizo to crisp up when cooked with the spicy oil melting into the cheese and sauce.
